Payment Options

There are many different payment options: Please Sign In and go to the My Resident Area to access the online payment options.

ACH –Direct debit via pre-authorization from the property owner’s bank account.

eCheck –A one-time payment from the property owner’ bank account via the Association’ s website

Coupon –Choosing to mail a check accompanied by the assessment payment coupon.

Credit Cards-The credit card payment option is the ONLY payment option which carries a processing fee. The fees for using a credit card payment option are as follows:

  • Master Card/Discover – 3.5% of the amount paid
  • American Express – 4.5% of the amount paid.
  • Visa – 3.5% of the amount paid, except that any amount paid, which is under $200.00 will carry an additional fee of $1.00 on the transaction.

On-Line Bill Pay –Choosing to pay assessments with an on-line bank bill pay program.  If you use this option please be sure to use the following address for all payments:

Be sure to make your check payable to Master Community and have the 14 digit account number listed on the check, due to the fact that your bank cannot send a coupon with your internet payment. This will help in identifying your payment and posting it accurately. The account number can be located on the payment coupons.
